I am a complete newbie to linux I have purchased the ultimate version of 64 bit zorin os 9. The issue I am having is that the desktop is too large for my lg42 inch screen with th home button not being visible. I have downloaded the latest drivers for linux 64 bit. Can get into the scalimg options but it doesnt apply the settings can anyone please advise

OK, have you installed this to the machine? I would attempt a reinstall and when the blue screen appears with the keyboard = Accessibility sign, press the spacebar and then select your language (F2) then Keyboard Locale (languageg) F3, then F6 and choose 'nomodeset'.

If you want to try and resolve this with the installed OS, press 'E' for edit boot command and add at the end:
