I have bought the premium version as I've enjoyed Zorin OS in the past and want to support the developer. However 10 Euros later I can't even burn file to DVD as I'm being asked for password by 7zip and Express Zip (in Win8) alike. How do I find out either what the password is or bypass this obstacle?

The passwords for the premium donated versions are usually emailed along with the download link.
If you did not receive anything relative to a password in your email
