Forgotten Settings ( Look Changer )

On my HP NC-6000 laptop, I have Zorin OS 3.1 32-bit installed and it works great - except that when I switched from my normal settings in gnome over to Windows 7 and then back to gnome again, all of my customizations that I did in gnome - were gone.

I restored my customizations from a backup of my gnome settings once I logged into gnome again, then I switched over to the Windows XP UI via Look Changer, went back to gnome and they were gone again.

I then left it at gnome and re-did my customizations once again -- and this time I'm leaving it alone.

Look Changer is broken.

This is a pretty major issue. Is anyone looking into it at all please?

While your speaking with them ... you should speak with them about putting in a config file

something like

/etc/zorinlook.conf

and it will read something like

look:1
#1:windows 7
#2:windows vista
#3:OSX
~omit~
EOF

this way there is an easier way to reconfig the look =]
